Choose from our flexible home service contracts. We can create a contract that is tailored to your needs as a homeowner, providing you with services on a quarterly, biannual, or annual basis.

 WATER AUDIT

GardenMasters can perform a water audit on your irrigation system to make sure you have the correct watering schedule with little water waste for a healthier landscape.  After our audit, we will provide a written recommendation and estimate for efficiency changes to make sure you are not over or under watering any area of your landscape.


We will review your irrigation system for the following:
*  Nozzle Adjustments.
*  Proper nozzle selection.
*  Proper Controller Start times.
*  Check for broken pipes or sprinklers.
*  Check drip zone - for cracks or holes.

*  Matched precipitation rates for each zone.

*  Correct amount of water for type of plants.
*  Review or install multiple programs for different zones.
*  Check all valves for leaks, breaks, or improper operation.
*  Review sprinkler heads for proper height for particular plant growth.
*  Review site information - sun exposure, soil types, and plant varieties.

*  Create a detailed list of all zones, watering days & times, and programs. 


 

IRRIGATION SERVICE CONTRACT


Rather than simply starting up your system in the spring and setting up run time for the entire year, sign up for a home service contract to have our irrigation contractors come throughout the season to ensure that you system is running properly. Services Included in The Contract Are:

 

* Check Landscaping For Dry Spots.

* Set Controller (Clock/Timer) Settings.

* Replace Leaky or Non Working Sprinklers.

* Maintain Spray Head Directional Adjustments.

* Repair or Replace Clogged or Broken Spray Heads.

* Examine The Entire System for Any Leaks or Problems.

* Make Recommendations for improving your irrigation System. 

 

 LIGHTING SERVICE CONTRACT

 

Avoid the added responsibility of maintaining your landscape lighting with our lighting home service contracts. Services included in the contract are:

?         *  Make sure every light bulb is in working order and replaced if necessary.

?         *  Replace lamps with correct wattage and beam-spreads for new growth.

?         *  Moving and re-aiming fixtures to ensure the best light for plants and trees.

?         *  Verify transformer operation to original settings to insure system integrity.

?         *  Clean lenses on fixtures to maintain optimal light and looks.

?         *  Trim and minor pruning around the fixtures.

?         *  Replace inoperable timers and photo cells.

?         *  Make minor adjustments to fixtures.

?         * Straighten and adjust fixtures.

?         *  Reset transformer time clocks.

 

 SEASONAL MAINTENANCE

 

GardenMasters Seasonal Maintenance Service is designed to supplement your existing weekly landscape maintenance program. Our seasonal service can be provided 1 to 4 times per year as needed and depending on the season includes;

pruning trees and shrubs /dead heading perennials / garden clean-up /weeding /planting annuals and /or color pots.

In addition we will reset your sprinkler and lighting systems to meet the changing weather and daylight conditions.
